Homework Expectations
Homework will be assigned daily except when stated otherwise. Homework is an essential part of the learning process. It will ensure students have mastered the topics we learn in class, allow time for additional practice, and prepare for tests and real world use. All homework will be turned in at the beginning of class or through Google Classroom as specified.
The expectations for homework are that it will be neat, complete, and accurate.

8th Grade Curriculum
Real numbers, Exponents & scientific notation, Proportional & non proportional relationships, Linear equations, Functions, Transformations, congruence, & similarity, Angles, parallel lines, & triangles, Pythagorean Theorem, Volume, Scatter plots, Two-way tables.
7th Grade Curriculum
Adding, Subtracting, multiplying & dividing integers, Rational numbers, Ratios, proportions, percentages, Expressions & equations, Inequalities, Modeling geometric figures, Circumference, area and volume, Random samples, & populations, Analyzing data, Experimental & theoretical probability.
6th Grade Curriculum
Integers, Factors & multiples, Rational numbers, Operations with fractions & decimals, Ratios, rates, & percents, Equivalent numerical & algebraic expressions, Equations & relationships, Distance & area in the coordinate plane, Surface area & volume of solids, Displaying, analyzing & summarizing data.
